TrueBand is free. We don't ask for card details and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
When paid plans launch
We plan to offer subscriptions later. When we do, this is how refunds will work:
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- If you are unhappy with your first payment, ask for a refund within 14 days of paying and we will refund it in full.
- If something on our side stopped you from using what you paid for, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.
- Your legal rights as a consumer where you live always apply, in addition to this policy.
We will update this page, and tell you, before any paid plan goes on sale.
